Stampede is a recreation site that provides amenities for camping and picnicking, such as restrooms, fire pits, picnic tables, and shade structures.
It also is a trailhead for the Silver State OHV Trail.

Directions The site is located 5 miles northwest of Pioche Nevada on US Highway 93. From US Highway 93 turn west onto Montgomery Cabin Road. Drive west 2 miles on Montgomery Cabin Road to the Stampede camping area
