The National Automobile Museum (The Harrah Collection) has a “Wow!” factor you don’t often find in a museum. You’ll see more than 200 eye-popping cars with authentic street scenes and sounds. The facades bring displays to life; a hardware store here, a movie theatre there which accompany artifacts from each era. It’s located on the corner of Lake and Mill Streets in downtown Reno.
The museum has become a favorite of residents and visitors to northern Nevada. It was names among the Top Ten Museums by Car Collector Magazine and has been ranked one of the best 16 car museums in the world by AutoWeek. It has been selected the Best Museum in Northern Nevada year-after-year in Nevada Magazine Reader’s poll.
