For a nominal donation, up to sixteen people can enjoy an elegant private dinner (or brunch or lunch) party at Thunderbird Lake Tahoe. These dinners are a popular way to celebrate birthdays, entertain clients, romance a partner, or commemorate a special occasion. Imagine sunset in the gazebo with friends as waterfalls cascade into the nearby lagoon or feel the warm hearth on a chilly winter eve as an intimate fireside dinner unfolds.
Our private chef prepares a four-course extravaganza from an array of pre-ordered menu options. This is prix fixed dining with your charitable contribution covering the cost of entry, docent-guided tour, parking, food and non-alcoholic beverages, commemorative program, corkage, service, and gratuity. Diners may bring their preferred alcoholic beverages to be expertly served by our staff at no additional charge.
Thunderbird Lake Tahoe can be closed to the public for the duration of your castle dinner, ensuring both a private and secure experience.
Dinner sponsorships start at $10,000 for a turnkey epicurean experience. A portion of your contribution is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
