NORVA’s priority is to work proactively alongside land management organizations for safe and responsible off-highway use. We aim to educate our off road community on the ever-changing road conditions, etiquette, rules and regulations; thus promoting clean, safe, and maintained roads/trails.
We are actively partaking in the political arena with federal and state land management agencies to advocate for our land. We work closely with the State Department of Parks and Recreation, providing input and updates to the National Park Service (NPS) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from a user’s standpoint. Our goals is to provide a valuable resource to land managers in the form of dedicated OHV enthusiasts who adhere to a respectable set of morals and ethics.
